For the undersigned applicant is for the convenience of the said applicant only and does not relieve the said applicant, or any other person or corporation, from liability for damages for personal injury including death to any person. Or for the property damage caused to the said plant or to any other property, by reason of the said applicant, or any other person or corporation. Having relied upon the location and marking of the facilities by Legacy Underground Locates Inc.
